Guest Room General Information

• Guest room rates are in USD, per room, per person, per night, all-inclusive and based on the listed occupancy.
• Guest room rates include all taxes, service charges and gratuities. Taxes are subject to change according to government regulations. Should the tax change between the time registration is paid and the date of the conference, the guest room rate will be changed to reflect the new tax rate.
• Maximum capacity in a guest room is four (4) people based on existing bedding. Extra beds and cribs are subject to availabiity.

Resort View

• Single Occupancy:  $405 (per night, per person)
• Double Occupancy:  $225 (per night, per person)
• Triple Occupancy:  $199 (per night, per person)
• Child (ages 3-12):  $99 (per night, per child)

Mountain View

• Single Occupancy:  $414 (per night, per person)
• Double Occupancy:  $230 (per night, per person)
• Triple Occupancy:  $202 (per night, per person)
• Child (ages 3-12):  $99 (per night, per child)

Partial Ocean View

• Single Occupancy:  $423 (per night, per person)
• Double Occupancy:  $234 (per night, per person)
• Triple Occupancy:  $205 (per night, per person)
• Child (ages 3-12):  $99 (per night, per child)

Ocean View

• Single Occupancy:  $437 (per night, per person)
• Double Occupancy:  $241 (per night, per person)
• Triple Occupancy:  $210 (per night, per person)
• Child (ages 3-12):  $99 (per night, per child)

Registration

• A registration fee must be paid at the time of registering for every attendee 18 years and older.
• Once you have submitted your registration fee, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to provide additional registration details.
• The cost of registration is $465. An early bird special rate of $365 is available until July 31, 2024. After July 31, 2024, the full cost of $465 will apply.
• Registration must be purchased via our website. The discount code (if applicable) will be applied at checkout. 

Airfare/Ground Transportation

• Airfare and ground transportation to/from the venue is a separate cost and must be secured by each attendee.
